Urban Agriculture and Innovative Production Grants

About this grant

UAIP grants support the development of urban farms, community gardens, rooftop gardens, hydroponic operations, and other innovative food production systems in urban areas. Competitive grants fund planning and implementation projects that improve food access, build community capacity, and strengthen local food systems in cities and suburbs. Projects must be located in urban or peri-urban areas and benefit local communities.
